Dame helps out in box office
SALISBURY Playhouse’s busy box office has had some help this week in the shape of panto dame Nanny Fanny.
Actor Kieran Buckeridge, who is playing the glamorous Dame Nanny Fanny in this year’s Christmas pantomime Sleeping Beauty, took time out from wardrobe fittings for the Dame’s many colourful costumes to give box office staff a hand.
More than 7,000 tickets have already been sold for the traditional family show, which opens on December 5 and runs for four weeks.
