Police name woman killed in crash

A WOMAN who died following a crash on the A36 at Deptford has been named by police.

Vicky Knight, 24, from Warminster, was the passenger in a blue Audi A3 that was in collision with a white Citroën Berlingo van on October 10.

She was airlifted to Frenchay Hospital in Bristol with serious injuries and died three days later.

The driver of the Audi was treated at Salisbury District Hospital for minor injuries and the van driver was uninjured.

The A36 was closed between Deptford and Steeple Langford for six hours while police examined the scene.

Wiltshire Police are appealing for witnesses to contact the serious collision investigation team on 101.
