Police have arrested a 33-year-old man from Borehamwood in connection with a series of incidents at Hackney Close. The man was arrested on Saturday, on suspicion of causing criminal damage to a motor vehicle in Hackney Close, and on suspicion of threatening to kill. He was released on police bail.
