Come on folks, get snapping

DAVID Hargrave, who was runner-up in last year’s Journal photograph competition, is making his mark as a roving cameraman.

He is regularly out and about snapping scenic views and getting them published in newspapers and magazines.

David, who lives in Durrington, sent the Journal some on his stunning shots of local views, including this one of a sunset.

And this inspired us to launch a new weekly slot, allowing amateur snappers to showcase their work.

We are calling it In Your View, and inviting readers to submit photographs for publication.
