LEGEND Nick Holmes is fronting a soccer school at Five Rivers Leisure Centre.

The FA Cup winner and ex-Salisbury City manager is the ambassador for South Wilts Soccer School (SWSS), which trains twice a week.

Qualified coaches will put youngsters through their paces as they prepare for competitive action.

Children aged between eight and ten represent the school in the local South Wilts League on Sundays, while players from 11 to 16 play in the Junior Premier League - the FA’s recognised development league for the UK.

During school holidays, SWSS will be invited to play academies as well as hosting fun days.

More than 50 players have already joined the school, over the two months it has been running, and anyone wishing to sign-up can do so by emailing info@southwiltssoccerschool.com
