BEMERTON Heath Harlequins boss Graham Kemp has bolstered his pack with a treble signing.

Danny Steer, James Burden and self-confessed non-league journeyman Tom Jeffes have joined the Western Way outfit.

Defender Steer and midfielder Burden played under Kemp during his tenure at Christchurch, while marksman Jeffes is a good friend of the manager’s.

“I’m pleased with those signings and I’m hoping to sign more over the next two weeks,” Kemp told JournalSport.

Following the departures of Scott Joyce, Jack Eves and Max Frampton, Kemp is looking for local replacements.

Amesbury’s Tyler Brockway, who played under Ian Chalk at Heath, Craig Wheeler and Connor Palmer are being watched by the boss as they’ve trained with his new-look side as well as with their home club.

Harlequins have finalised their pre-season programme.

Fixtures: July 14 away to Holt, July 23 away to Ringwood, July 28 home to Totton, July 31 away to Melksham and August 3 away to New Milton. All 7.45pm kick-offs.
