THIRD from bottom Dinton picked up a desperate victory at Hursley Park to keep their slim hopes of survival alive.
The seven-wicket win, in which skipper Rich Cridge scored half a century, saw the seconds drift out of the relegation zone.
A win on the final day of the campaign (a week Saturday) against rivals Wilton is a must if they are to stay in the Regional Division Three (North West).
