Downton go to Trowbridge Wanderers, Bemerton Heath Harlequins are at Devizes Town, Salisbury FC trek to Wroughton and last year's semi finalists Amesbury revisit Warminster Town.
Also reaching the last four, Laverstock and Ford, fresh from knocking Cowes Sports out of the FA Vase in the second qualifying round, welcome Shrewton United to The Dell in what promises to be a full-blooded clash.
Sarum Youth entertain Mere Town.
All games are 3pm kick offs.
