SALISBURY City Under-16s advanced to the semi-finals of the Hampshire Cup.
The Whites prevailed 5-0 against a well-drilled Farnborough team at Bulford 3G.
Home side Salisbury threatened to take the lead on numerous occasions in the first half although were wasteful in front of goal and didn't move the ball as quickly as they normally do.
It wasn't until the introduction of super substitute Liam Greenough that the matched swung in his side's direction.
Within three minutes of emerging, Greenough smashed home the opener.
The tempo of the home team quickened and it wasn't long before a second goal game via a deflected own goal from Farnborough.
Greenough added two further goals for his hat-trick, taking his tally to nine goals in three games from the bench before George Higgins get in on the rout.
