A MUCH-IMPROVED performance saw Salisbury Hockey Club firsts put Bournemouth seconds to the sword 4-1.
Tom Morton put the visitors a goal advantage at the break after drilling home Jagjit Marwaha's effort into the corner.
A quickfire double from Martin Clark made it three before Nick Easterbrook added a fourth to put the game to bed.
Despite Bournemouth slotting home a consolation from a deflected penalty corner, the Lower Bemerton outfit held on for their first win in three games.
Captain Andy Renshaw said: "It's great to get back to winning ways, it was a good performance and we'll aim to get a good run going as we get to the business end of the season."
