BUOYANT Bemerton Heath Harlequins provided fans with a spectacular goal frenzy when Brockenhurst paid a visit to Western Way on Tuesday night.
Graham Kemp's men turned around a 3-2 deficit with five second half goals, three of which came from Russell Cook, for an emphatic 7-3 victory in Sydenhams Wessex Premier.
A cracking first half saw Matt Vokes punish keeper Max Frampton for two misjudged kicks for a 2-0 lead inside 15 minutes.
Bemerton pulled one back through skipper Jack Slade before Scott Joyce, returning to his old club, restored Brock's two-goal advantage with a neat finish.
Cook was quickest to react to a goalmouth scramble to reduce the arrears before half time.
On the hour mark, Jack Lovell equalised with a shot across the keeper, and this roared Bemerton on as they went on to score four times in a frenetic 17-minute spell.
Bradley McGookin smashed home to put the hosts ahead for the first time and then Cook doubled their ascendancy from the penalty spot after Tom Jeffes was upended in the box.
Cook then made sure of the points with two goals in as many minutes.
Saturday saw Bemerton hold AFC Portchester to a 2-2 stalemate. Sam Griffin and Lovell got 'Quins' goals.
