FC SALISBURY United shared a thrilling 9-9 draw with Southampton Foundation Futsal in Division 2 Midlands/West - coincidentally the same scoreline in the reverse fixture.
The visitors opened the scoring but The Corinthians were quick to respond and after goals from Jacob Wise and Luke Williams led 3-1.
Salisbury, watched by 200 fans at Five Rivers Leisure Centre, were pegged back again in a tightly-contested first half which ended three apiece.
The second half continued in the same vein and every time FC Salisbury scored, Saints responded.
With one minute remaining, Phil Berntsen looked like he had snatched all three points.
But Saints had other ideas and converted a late free kick to spoil the party.
FC Salisbury United slipped one place into fourth.
Their next game is at home to Melksham on Sunday, January 8.
