ELLINGHAM and Ringwood firsts secured a 42-28 league win over Isle of Wight in Snows Hampshire One on Saturday.
Within 20 minutes, wing three quarter Chris Frost had helped himself to a hat-trick of tries.
Fly half Charlie Cockram also scored a try and Josh Butcher kicked two penalties and three conversions. The Isle of Wight were awarded a penalty try that they converted to make the score 32-7 at half time.
The visitors responded with three converted tries, but Frost helped himself to another try and Butcher added the conversion and a penalty to secure a bonus point win.
The seconds, meanwhile, were thumped 53-5 away at high-flying Puddletown in Dorset and Wilts 2 South.
