MATT Tubbs' early penalty took Salisbury City to a fourth straight win on Saturday.
Former City defender Djoumin Sangare brought down Tubbs for the spot kick in the fourth minute.
Ryan Tafazolli was sent off for a professional foul with five minutes to go.
The result ended a ten-match unbeaten run for the Minstermen, and lifts the Whites up to 15th.
