SHREWTON suffered a humiliating 228-run exit from the Davidstow Village Cup when Goatacre ran-up an incredible 354-5 against them in the Dorset/Wiltshire county semi-final.
Sixes and fours flew all around the recreation ground as Jon Wilkins (167) and Jack Haines (101) shared a 243-run second wicket stand.
In total, Goatacre – who host Parley in the county final – hit 13 sixes and 20 fours.
The day didn’t get any better for shellshocked Shrewton, who were bowled out for 122.
