DYNAMOS came out on top in a Morrison Cup Durrington derby against WMC on Saturday.

It was goal-less at the break but the Premier Division side vanquished their Division One opponents with three unanswered goals in the second half.

South Newton & Wishford got back to winning ways, thrashing Devizes Inn 7-1 at home.

The home team opened the scoring midway through the first half, Rich Tutton finishing superbly on the angle from 25 yards after great work down the right from Mark Thompson and Dan Dimmer. Ten minutes later Tutton finished neatly to double the lead.

Ever-green centre half Martin Tutton's fierce drive from distance fired the Blues further ahead after the interval, then Keith Darling's curling effort made it four. Rich Tutton completed his hat trick for a rampant Newton with another long-range effort, before the away side pulled one back.

Darling's second goal made it 6-1, a powerful towering header that capped a man-of-the-match display from the giant midfielder. Adam Payne ghosted in behind the defence to complete the scoring.

Porton Sports made it back-to-back 2-0 away wins, this time at Nomansland & Landford. Michael Budd opened the scoring with a looping header after having a goal harshly disallowed.

Nomansland missed with a free header in the second half and were made to pay when Luke Nicklen's cross was met by Matt Lucas' diving header. Porton went close again, striking the bar.
