REDLYNCH and Woodfalls were left to rue a handful of chances as they lost by one goal at Bournemouth Manor FC Reserves.
An own goal was what settled the game from a rare Bournemouth Manor attack.
The cross was headed aimlessly across the six-yard box and deflected off the shoulder of skipper Ben Talbot to leave Andy Savage wrong-footed in the Redlynch goal.
Redlynch go to Sway FC on Saturday.
Elsewhere, Dan Matthews, Josh Hodgkinson and Mark Hollywood were on target in Redlynch and Woodfalls' 5-3 defeat to FC Barolo.
The over 35s vets were 3-0 winners over Michelmarsh and Timsbury thanks to goals from Micky Ball, Jason Brice and Carlo Downie.
Meanwhile, the over 40s were 10-1 losers at home to Colden Common FC.
