HIGH-FLIERS Chalke Valley and South Newton will have to meet again after a like-for-like match in an encapsulating six-goal feast.

The Premier Cup replay beckoned after the two Salisbury and District Premier outfits shared a 3-3 draw.

It was a game which slipped from Chalke's grasp, though, as they raced into a two-goal lead.

The first came from a shot on the edge of the box and the second was an effort that sneaked in at the back post.

Rich Tutton looped the keeper to reduce the arrears at the break.

But in the second half, Chalke restored their two-goal cushion with a striker's tap in.

The visitors refused to lie over and a miraculous drive from Tutton, after skipping past two midfielders, arrowed into the top corner.

And the comeback was complete when Adam Payne's angled drive beat the Chalke shotstopper.

South Newton manager Keith darling said: "It was a bit of a crazy game, giving the ball away far too easy in the first half from scoring one of the best team goals I've seen in a long time.

"Rich's second was ridiculous. It would have won goal of the season on Match of the Day easily!

"We showed great character coming back from a poor start."
