Colour clash baffles Holmes
CITY boss Nick Holmes admitted to being baffled as to why Woking were allowed to start the game wearing their pale blue and white striped shirts, which clearly clashed with Salisbury's home strip, but were then ordered to change at the interval.
"The daft thing was that we had to lend them our black socks because the blue and white ones they had clashed with our white ones.
"So how on earth the blue and white shirts don't also clash with white, I've no idea.
"It's a stupid thing to happen."
Woking came out for the second half in their old green away strip.
