SALISBURY CITY were held to a frustrating draw against Maidenhead United at the Ray Mac.
Dan Fitchett notched up the opener after 11 minutes with a neat volley, but the Whites’ lead didn’t last long.
The visitor’s hit back through Reece Tilson-Lascaris sneaking his way around Will Puddy and tucking away the equaliser six minutes later.
And although United rode their luck as they absorbed Salisbury's efforts to muster the decisive blow, it never arrived and the points were shared.
The Whites take on Weston-super-Mare in the FA Trophy first round on Saturday (3pm).
