SALISBURY City striker Matt Tubbs has written himself into the club's record books after scoring in today's Blue Square Premier match at home to Histon.

The 23-year-old netted his 100th goal for the Whites in the 90th minute of the game to earn City a point in a 3-3 draw.

Salisbury-born Tubbs joins seven other members of City's 100-club.

Goalscoring legend Roy 'Ginger' Watts remains top of the pile with 180 goals, four more than Ian Chalke.

Roy Fisher (163), Alan Green (136), Jeff Hodgkins (116), Paul Sales (110) and Paul Christopher (108)are the other City players to break the three-figure barrier.

Tubbs' 100 came in less than 200 appearances for the club.
