Ten man Whites lose at home

SALISBURY City suffered a 2-0 reverse at home to Cambridge United in this afternoon's Blue Square Premier match at the Raymond McEnhill Stadium.

Whites were forced to play with only ten men for 75 minutes of the game after the dismissal of Mike Fowler for a professional foul.

The U's took a 31st minute lead via Jack Jeffery, with Beesley doubling their tally ten minutes later.

The defeat means City slip to 12th place in the table ahead of Tuesday evening's trip to 13th placed Grays Athletic.
