A FUNDRAISING campaign has been launched by Salisbury FC's newly-founded women's team.
The crowdfunding initiative is looking for people to pledge their support so affiliation fees, equipment and kit costs can be covered.
Ahead of starting their league campaign next season (2017/18), the club are looking to raise £1,000.
However, they've only raised £20 of their target.
Manager Dan Jones has urged the city to get behind the new team.
"We are starting our 1st league campaign next season, but need to get some money in now to cover our entry costs and to get the ladies some kit to play in!
"Any donation will be greatly received no matter the amount."

The club's also looking for new players to join.
Players must be 16 and over by the time the campaign begins.
