FOOTBALLERS from Salisbury City spread some Christmas cheer during their visit to Salisbury District Hospital.
The Skrill Premier side gave out Christmas gifts, autographs and had their photos taken with youngsters at the children’s unit.
The annual outing – the players visited patients and their families at Naomi House Hospice last year – is something boss Mikey Harris feels strongly about.
“As a community club it’s something we should always do,” said Harris, 29.
“It’s a privilege to be able to visit the children and hopefully it gave everyone a welcome boost. The lads certainly enjoyed it.”
The team also visited patients in the Burns Unit.
