A BEGINNERS course for new triathlon starters has been introduced by Salisbury Tri Club.
The ten-week programme takes a detailed look at the swimming, cycling and running- based sport at South Wilts School.
Participants will take part in the three sports as well as learning about technique, nutrition and race planning.
Sessions for people aged 18+ start on Wednesday and costs £35, while members can sign-up for £10.
Experienced British triathlon coaches will be leading the programme, which working is in conjunction with Wiltshire Council Sport Development Team and Lewis Andrews Foundation. To book, email salisburytriclub@gmail.com or go to www.salisburytriclub.com.
The first class begins at 6.30pm and will last 90 minutes.
On completion of the course, participants will receive a year’s club membership and discounted entry into a local triathlon event.
