DURRINGTON Football Club are hosting two summer soccer schools during the summer holidays for boys and girls aged from five to 12.
The soccer schools are an opportunity for children to learn new skills and make friends.
They are taking place at Avon Valley College on July 29 to 31 and August 26 to 28, and cost £10 per day or £25 for three days.
Stuart Lindsay, organiser and Durrington FC under 8s manager, said: “We've set these courses up because we feel there is nothing else like it in our local community."
"You either have to travel to Salisbury or Andover or sometimes even further afield. It's not about making lots of money for the football club, which is why we have kept the costs to parents as low as possible rather that we would like to build the profile of the football club in our local community and by offering these summer soccer schools to local children they may then wish to join our club.”
The club trains every Wednesday evening and Saturday morning with matches played on Sundays.
