ATHLETES from Salisbury Tri Club have been competing in various events across the country.
Emma Houghton finished tenth in the Bristol Harbourside Triathlon with a time of 2hours 41mins, Isobel Atkin was 15th in 2.47 and Tobi Gowers beat James Cooper by a mere half a second, both completing it in 2.25.
Competing in the Bristol Olympic Tri on Sunday was Kelly Steenkamp, who came sixth overall with a time of 2.37.
And Jane Knight completed her first triathlon – the Austria Ironman.
Coombe Bissett’s Hannah Drewett has returned from a strong showing in Russia.
The Leeds University student represented Team GB in the Penza ETU Triathlon European under 23 Championships.
She finished 15th in her category, completing the course in 2.10.12.
