IT IS make or break now for Salisbury City FC and their consortium board as they head to the High Court to resolve the ongoing ownership issues.
The consortium board have today gone before a judge with evidence to prove that they are more suitable owners for the club than current owner Otail Touzar.
The outcome of the court hearing could determine whether or not the club will continue to exist as Salisbury City FC, after the FA rejected the club's appeal to be reinstated into the league.
With two days before the football season kicks off, it is crunch time for the Whites, who could be left with no owners, no players and no league to play in.
If the consortium board are granted ownership, they will then have to get reinstated into the football league.
