SARUM Youth Seniors’ three-match unbeaten run was halted by Malmesbury Victoria FC, who gave an 8-0 drubbing in Wilton.
Dave Rawkins’ side, who had entered into the game in high spirits following two wins from their last three games, were destroyed by high-flying Malmesbury.
Sam Parker’s hat-trick, braces from Edward Wilkins and Allan Webb and one from Samuel Jenner completed the job in the Wiltshire Premier Division.
Twelfth-placed Sarum will be on the road on Saturday to play against Devizes Town FC Reserves. Kick-off is at 3pm.
