FOOTBALL kits are being given away to teams that enter the newly-formed winter six-a-side league in Bulford.

The Soccersixes league, which launches this month, now has 18 teams and is looking for more to compete at Bulford 3G on Wednesday nights.

The league will have a daily-updated website where teams can look at their league tables, fixtures, top players and view opponents’ pictures and stats.

There is no entry or registration fee to play in the new league, which will be refereed by qualified officials, and all equipment will be provided.

Currently, there will be three divisions with a promotion and relegation system in place.

Teams that win their division or finish runners-up will be invited to Soccersixes national tournament, featuring the top 600 teams from Sixes 300 leagues throughout the country competing at a Midlands venue.

Soccersixes’ Ross Spacey said: “We are extremely pleased to have secured a sponsorship deal to enable all our teams to have free kits for the league."
