A WARM welcome was given to the new captain of Rushmore Hardy A Team at an end of year social.
Neil Bowen will take over the reins from outgoing skipper Chris Cullington at the turn of the new year.
Cullington was rewarded for his spell as he was named player of the year in front of last year’s winner Mark Stranger, who was looking to reclaim the title.
Ahead of the new season, Bowen’s squad has been bolstered by the addition of several new members and three Hardy B players, whose handicaps have plummeted to single figures.
