SALISBURY-based Will Dollar flew to Germany for the biggest event to date in the world of kettlebells.

Dollar faired among 549 athletes spanning from 34 countries at the Hamburg event, where he competed in the under 95kg professional weight category.

The objective is to clean and jerk 2x32kg kettlebells as many times as possible in ten minutes without releasing them.

Kettlebell coach and personal trainer Dollar completed 61 repetitions in the set time to finish fourth. He also achieved equivalent numbers for the rank of Master of Sports, being the first person in Britain to do this.

Team England came eighth.
