SALISBURY swimmer Rob Langan returned from the Royal Navy Masters Championships at Millfield School pool with two medals.
The Salisbury Stingrays swimmer went in the 50m and 100m freestyle and 50m and 100m backstroke.
Langan hit a new personal best time of 1 min 3.4 seconds in the 100m backstroke to claim silver before going one better in the 50m backstroke and claiming gold.
He finished sixth in both the 50m and 100m freestyle.
