TOM Cowley (64) and Rob Pittman (52) hit half-centuries as South Wilts seconds coasted to an eight-wicket win over Southern Premier League, Division 2 rivals Paultons, who have lurched into second from bottom place.
Nathan Feltham (35) and Lee Wateridge (28) gave Paultons an encouraging 62-run start, but once the partnership was broken Christian Pain (4-31) and Pittman (3-32) ripped through the innings.
Paultons limped from 122-9 to 164-9 on the back of Simon Ennew’s 42 not out.
Robert Pike (2-31) got two early wickets, but Cowley and Pittman secured a comfortable win for the visitors.
