SALISBURY RFC are drumming up support for their newly-formed women's team with a summer fete.
The team, which is looking to recruit more members before embarking on a new adventure, will be out in force at Castle Road on Sunday.
There will be scores of activities on show, including a teddy bear's picnic, dog show, tug-of-war and more.
The club have now secured sponsorship from five companies - Salisbury Remedial Massage, Talk Eat Laugh, Hector Merrywheather, Landford Stone and Mark Jones Eye Care - in their bid to prosper.
They are looking to recruit new members who have either never played before, coming back to the game or can help us with any voluntary task.
Training is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, running from 6.30pm to 8pm.
Everyone is welcome to introduce themselves at the fete, which runs from midday to 4pm.
People can buy a stall, costing £15.
Call 01722 346269, or email amanda@hectormerrywheather.co.uk or salisburyladiesrfc@gmail.com to get a booking form.
