SALISBURY Triathlon Club turned in some excellent performances at the Ironman Wales in Tenby.
The course contained a 3.8k swim, 112-mile bike ride and a 26.2-mile marathon run.
Emily Lawson crossed the line in 14 hours and one minute, Brian Elliott clocked 13.16 and new member Rich Straughan whizzed away to 10.06.
Coach Forest Paget also set a new personal best in the Newent Sprint Triathlon, with a time of 1.03 over the course which contained a 400m swim, 18k cycle and a 5k run, placing him in 20th place.
The triathlon event in West Wales took place on Sunday.
