TEENAGER Olly Mehew has been recalled by parent club Forest Green Rovers just six weeks into his three-month loan deal at Salisbury.
The attacking 18-year-old joined the Whites at the start of September after completing a short period on-loan at league rivals Mangotsfield United - managed by dad and former Leeds United midfielder David Mehew.
Mehew, who lives near Yate, made just one league start for the club in the 2-1 defeat at Slimbridge in which he scored.
But his best performance came in Whites' 10-0 Southern League Cup trouncing of Dorchester Town where he fired a hat-trick.
He will now rejoin former Whites Robbie Sinclair, Matt Tubbs and Elliott Frear at the New Lawn outfit, who are top of the National Premier.
