OLIVIA Roderick achieved a bronze medal in the under 13 Girls Welsh National Cross Country Championships in Swansea on Saturday.
In very wet and muddy conditions at Singleton Park, the IIF runner, coached by Phil Morris, took on over 50 girls from Wales to scoop third place in a fantastic time of 12 minutes and 21 seconds.
The Salisbury runner was close on the heels of runner-up Samia Jones (12.15) and eventual winner of the well-supported 113th event, Eden Williams (12.01).
