BISHOP WORDSWORTH’S SCHOOL’S tennis competition Road to Wimbledon was won by George Grant.
This was the competitions fifth year and the largest with a 1/3 of key stage three pupils taking part, which was held at Salisbury Tennis Club.
George, who is a part of our U15 team who have made it to Regional Finals the last two years and is member of Salisbury Tennis Club, will play in the county finals having won and then potentially onto Wimbledon if he is successful.
Last years winner Nishant Talpallikar played at Wimbledon, he didn’t play this year as his rating was to high.
