BERRY Telecom have become the new main sponsor for Salisbury FC in a deal which will last for an initial two seasons, starting with the 2017/18 season.

The telecommunications provider’s name will be on the front of the home shirt, as well as maintaining their advertising in between the family stand, and will also become the sponsor for the main stand.

Co-owner of the company Simon Langford spoke told the club website his delight regarding the deal he said: “This is a knockout combination. Berry and Salisbury FC are very like-minded and both have huge plans for the future.

“We here at Berry are hugely proud to be Salisbury FC's main club sponsor from the start of 2017-2018 season.”

Adding: “We feel this is a great pairing, not only because our head office is five minutes away from the Ray Mac Stadium, but because we feel that we can really help push the club forward and inevitably back up the leagues to where the club belong.”

With Salisbury FC director Jeremy Harwood adding: “We are happy that following their initial interest in the club last season, Berry Telecom have elected to give us more support for the future.

“It is actions like this from companies like Berry sponsoring the club which enable us to offer football through the community to all ages, as well as helping the first team to move to the next level.”
