SALISBURY FC have added the services of Swindon Town 18-year-old Scott Twine to the squad on loan.
Twine made his first team debut for the Robins on the last day of the season last year, having scored 30 goals for the U18 side.
He played against the Whites when the North Wiltshire side visited the Ray Mac back in July.
The 18-year-old will be available to play against Shortwood United when the Whites travel Nailsworth on Saturday, September 9.
He is currently on a one month loan from Swindon, but boss Steve Claridge says he will monitor the youngster and potentially extend, he told the club website: "He is highly thought of at Swindon, who tell me he has a good attitude, and comes with a reputation as a goal scorer.
"Hopefully it will be a good move for both parties."
Additionally former Salisbury player Robbie Matthews has joined the club on dual registration from Bemerton Heath Harlequins.
The 35-year-old left Winchester City last year to join Bemerton and can either play as a forward or in defence, Claridge told the club website: "Everyone knows Robbie and what he can do.
“We just needed some cover and an option up front and we thank him for coming back as and when needed.”
