SALISBURY City have made three new signings.
Former Whites top scorer Charlie Griffin has rejoined the club, on loan until the end of the season from Forest Green Rovers.
Goalkeeper Mark Scott is back on loan from Swindon Town, and 23-year-old defender Ugo Udoji is on trial on a non-contract basis. His previous clubs include Portsmouth, Bromley and a short spell at Bishop’s Stortford. He also had training with the Glenn Hoddle Academy.
Manager Darrell Clarke said: "I am delighted to have obtained their services, and must thank the board for allowing me to strengthen the squad.
"We are at the moment suffering from injuries to Will Puddy and Ryan Brett and it is vital that we make progress up the league and have a good finish to the season. It is important that we have tough competition for places.
"In particular, Charlie is a proven goalscorer and was always popular with the fans.”
He added: "It has not yet been possible to establish the extent of Will’s injury. Initial x-rays did not show whether he has a fracture, but we hope to have a second x –ray shortly which should reveal more.
"Ryan started training again today, and came through ok, but it is probably a little early to consider him yet.”
