SOUTH Wilts Cricket Club’s under 16s, pictured, have finished in the top four of the NatWest sponsored Ageas Bowl league for the first time in ten years.
In the under 16 League, South Wilts, who have completed their regular fixtures, are placed in second position, which will secure a place in the season play-off finals.
Coach Paul Draper said: “We have successfully achieved what we set out to do back in October. I understand it’s the first time the club have managed it in 10 years and it is quite an achievement for the youngest side in the competition.”
“To win it will be a tough ask but it’s a tremendous effort nonetheless."
