IT was a memorable summer for South Wilts skipper Tom Morton, pictured, who picked up the Premier Division trophy for a fourth successive season.
He also won the Premier Division batting and wicket-keeping awards for a second consecutive season, setting new records for the 979 runs he scored and his 38 dismissals behind the stumps.
South Wilts second team captain Tom Pearce made Southern Premier League history when he was presented with the Division 3 championship trophy. South Wilts became the first club to ever lift two championship titles in the same season.
And two of South Wilts' seconds Division 3 championship winning side scooped individual awards, with 33-wicket Paul Draper snaring the divisional bowling prize and Sam Pittman snapping up 26 victims to be crowned top SPL3 wicket-keeper.
