GRAHAM Kemp got the start he was dreaming of for Bemerton Heath Harlequins after his side rallied past a makeshift Folland Sports.
Following the mass exodus of players going to Gosport and the dismissal of the manager, the hosts had just ten days to put together a side. And it showed.
Bemerton were rampant from the whistle and it wasn't long before they surged into a 3-0 lead.
Russell Cook bagged a brace and stalwart Graham Mankin got on the score sheet for the visitors.
A jaded Folland were awarded a spot kick late on after Serge Fon was impeded in the area.
Up stepped David Jerrard, who played at the latter end of Bemerton's season for Kemp, to convert for a mere consolation.
It ended 3-1 to Bemerton.
