DOWNTON's losing streak stretched to four games on Tuesday night.
The Robins suffered a 4-0 mauling at the hands of Fleet Spurs in Sydenhams Division One.
That came after losing a five-goal thriller at home to Weymouth Reserves on Saturday when they were 2-0 up.
Goals from Declan McGregor and Ben Smith put the Robins in a comfortable position.
But Conor Jevon and a penalty from Sean Stewart levelled the scores before the break.
Stewart then converted another spot kick to complete the comeback with all three points.
Boss Rae Hughes said: "Very disappointed, worst performance of the season by far."
"No disrespect to Fleet but these are games we should be winning.
"Something needs to change fast, I will have a long think about what is needed and that includes deciding what is best for the club.
"With seven games to go, it is important the club work hard to finish on a positive."
Downton host East Cowes Victoria on Saturday (3pm).
