BOSCOMBE Down sit top of the Saturday Premier Division after a 4-1 home win over Nomansland & Landford.

The visitors had to start with ten men and Boscombe took full advantage, going 2-0 up before the 11th player took to the field. Mario Ifrim pulled one back before the break.

Nomansland pushed for an equaliser but Boscombe hit them with two late goals.

Durrington WMC are second after beating Tisbury United 3-0 at home.

Goals from Toby Watson and Dean Smith sandwiched a fine solo effort from Johnny Ashman, all in the first half.

Although Tisbury came into the game in the second half, goalkeeper Rob Coulston and the defence held out to give Durrington a well deserved victory in their first home game.

Chalke Valley took the lead at home to Stockton & Codford, through Nathan Hollywood’s 30th-minute strike.

Stockton turned it around in the second half with goals from Lee Osment just after the interval and Adam Fearon on the hour.

Porton Sports and Enford shared a goal-less draw. The hosts had about 30 chances but could not find a way through.

Ade Hale started proceedings, going close within two minutes. Andy Mearns blasted two efforts over the bar, and Lee Harkins missed from two yards from a Hale corner.

Dave Hartley then hit the post from 25 yards and minutes later struck the bar from 20 yards. Enford offered little going forward but did draw a save from Ben Hatt.

Porton continued to bombard the Enford goal and Doug Malcolm had a stone-wall penalty turned down.

They started the second half where they left off, playing slick football with no end product. Matt Lucas set up Malcolm for two one-on-ones which were both missed. Hale had two chances inside the box and Harkins sliced wide from eight yards.

Enford could have nicked it, with Tom Prince clearing off the line from a corner and Hatt making a tremendous save to deny a smash and grab win. In the end Porton had to settle for a point and shooting practice at training.

Huntsman Tavern are top of Division Two after a 4-0 win over West Harnham reserves.

It was a fantastic all-round team performance against a young and spirited Harnham.

Ian Webber was on fire again, adding two to last week’s hat- trick. The next was an own goal and Barry Devlin delightfully headed in Trevor Ketley's cross.

Langford United beat Winterslow reserves 2-1 with goals from Chris Mundy and Jason Langley.

Stockton & Codford’s reserves went down 5-3 at home to Burgess Trees, with Rich Underwood, Tyson Spiller and Joe Duffosee on the scoresheet.

On Sunday, Chalke Valley Legends lost 6-3 at Chisenbury’s Red Lion in Division Two.

They took the lead midway through the first half through Bobby Bronsdon, but Red Lion hit back to lead 4-1 at the break.

After conceding a further two goals early in the second half, Legends hit back through Joe Brewer's amazing 80-yard effort and Mark Batchalor's late goal.
