SALISBURY Stingrays duo Phil Muspratt and Rob Langan head to the British Gas Masters Long Course Championships today.
With the 2014 World Masters Championships drawing closer, the Salisbury swimmers hope to put in some good performances before tackling the international stage.
The three day competition in Swansea attracts the best swimmers from across the country. Langan is competing in the 100m, 200m and 400m freestyle, as well as his favoured 200m, 100m and 50m backstroke.
Muspratt, who is hoping to shrug-off a recent injury, is going for gold in 200m, 100m and 50m freestyle and 50m backstroke.
Find out how they did in this week’s Journal.
