LONG-SERVING member at High Post Golf Club Colin Bell has been elected as the new club captain.
Bell, a High Post player for the past 20 years, began his reign at a drive-in with vice skipper John Peters.
More than 100 people turned up for the event, which saw Jerry Pawlak clinch the title.
His charity is Wiltshire Air Ambulance.
Outgoing captain David Fitzy-Henry raised more than £3,300 for his chosen charity, Alzheimer’s Society.
