SOUTH Newton and Wishford United FC touted for new players at a recruitment drive.
Interested youngsters met the teams seeking new faces – under-8s, 9s, 15s and 18s – saw the management and coaching staff, joined in with training sessions and were able to play in a training game.
Organiser Paul Russell said: “We received unanimously positive feedback from all parents who brought their young players, and everyone who came had a great time.
“We are looking forward to a successful 2015/16 season for all of our teams. Players who couldn’t make it on the day are still welcome to get in touch.”
